Gotta love the attention to detail: Johan is one of those operations that have a baguette pickup schedule, so that forward-thinking customers can bring home still-warm bread. Amidst the afternoon chaos of pastry-pinging housewives, the bakery ladies were still exquisitely sweet, and packed our little friend in his own plastic box.
